The highly anticipated modules have arrived on site at Tanenbaum CHAT. With 30 modules in total and 4 deliveries per day, the site is bustling with action.
King Animal Hospital
The second floor of King Animal Hospital is rapidly evolving at the Team continues to install high-end interior finishes including this beautiful European Ash and accent lighting in the learning lobby. The second floor will provide a unique area for the staff to dine, hold meetings and host dynamic learning workshops.
King Animal Hospital- Phase II
At the Operations Garage (top left) the team is preparing to apply the topping on the concrete slab. The latest news from Hay Storage (top right) is the installation of the automatic louvers— windows that open with sensors to control the temperature, light and ventilation— and the upcoming installation of the interior tongue and groove walls. At the Dog Boarding Facility (below), work continues to progress on the wood framing and concrete pours for the dog runs.
Mayfair Toronto Parkway
Mayfair Toronto Parkway is in the home stretch with interior finishes on the go including, glazing, tiling, and millwork. The updated space will provide modern and luxury locker rooms facilities for its members.
Aurora United Church
Aurora United Church is taking shape! Our latest visit was met with a rare, sunny sky among all the rain and a team hard at work with the ongoing steel frame and structural stud installation. All three floors are up with work progressing on the mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
